Process

From the first visit to handover.

Whole-home work fails when the kitchen is designed in one office and the deck in another. This is the sequence we use so the house stays in one specification.

  1. 01

    Visit the showroom

Come to Cubitt Street. Sit with the samples in daylight, take boards home, and talk through the rooms you are actually building.

  2. 02

    Brief and measure

We take a site measure or work from your drawings — ceiling heights, services, and the way the indoor floor meets the deck.

  3. 03

    Design and specification

Joinery layouts, floor and wall schedules, outdoor boards and posts. One specification so the painter, tiler, and builder are not guessing.

  4. 04

    Samples and finishes

Lock colour in the room it will live in. We send a sample set before anything is ordered.

  5. 05

    Manufacture

Joinery is made to the shop drawings. Floors, panels, and outdoor boards are scheduled so they arrive when the site is ready.

  6. 06

    Install and handover

Our installers, or yours with our detailing. Care notes and warranties at handover — then we stay on the end of the phone.

Warranties, in writing.

Australian conditions are the point — humidity, UV, pets, and pool decks. We do not sell a board we will not stand behind.
